How we handle the personal and commercial data involved in moving your cargo.
Why we use it
To quote, book, move and clear your cargo, to issue invoices, to meet customs and security filing obligations, and to respond to enquiries. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with carriers, terminals, customs authorities, insurers and our own offices handling your file. Statutory filings (ISF, ENS, VGM, AES) are made in your name where required.
Retention
Customs and transport records are retained for 7 years as required by law. Account data is deleted within 90 days of a verified deletion request, except where retention is legally required.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing. Email privacy@bluepeak-logistics.example and we respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and least-privilege, and account records are readable only by the signed-in owner.
